Citizen of the Month
Abundant Life Ministries Hope House Inc. is looking to identify remarkable individuals in the community who reflect what it means to “Serve Humanity with Love.” We want shine a spotlight on those citizens and their commitment to collaboration, compassion, inclusivity, and community to remind each and every one of us has the opportunity to positive influence the world around us.
Requirements
- Must be a resident of Flagler County
- Must be 13 years old or older
- Demonstrates outstanding service to Flagler County.
- Demonstrates a considerable amount of time and personal resources benefiting Flagler County.
- Demonstrates a significant positive impact, influence or inspiration in the lives of the citizens of Flagler County.
Nominating and Submission
- Applicants may nominate themselves or another individual. Applications will be accepted and reviewed every month. Nominees not accepted can be rolled over to the following month. In the event no nominations are received a nominee from a previous month may be selected. A detailed summary of the service and background of the nominee must be included in the application to be considered. Abundant Life Ministries Hope House Inc. reserves the right to reject any nomination forms that do not meet the above requirements, or contain a lack of information. Abundant Life Ministries Hope House Inc. also reserves the right to request additional information from the nominating party for committee consideration.

Selection Process
Recipients will be determined by Abundant Life Ministries Hope House Inc. Citizen of the Month Committee. All information will be verified prior to nominee being awarded.
Awardee will be chosen by majority vote.
Winner Recognition
Winners will be notified via email and/or phone call. They will be formally acknowledged with a plaque, photo session, and gift for that month at Abundant Life Ministries Hope House Inc. main office location.
